My name is David Moraza and I was born in 1961. I am Mormon since I was fifteen. I’m married and I have two children, Alma and David.
teancum.es was born as a support for my personal study of the scriptures. Instead of writing down the ideas that came to my mind in a notebook, I decided to do it in a blog.
Later on, from that praiseworthy intention, my fondness for writing arose. I have published a novel and a book of essays . I have a study of the smaller plates of Nephi in my drawer. Someday I have to bring it to light. I decided, therefore, to consider creating a website to share my personal study. Why?
The author
Because I believe that any idea, however simple, is added to the totality that we have as humanity. Besides that, I suppose the natural man will always be there, with his reasons. I’m not going to give you a voice here.
My training is technical in telecommunications electronics, programming and web design, I am an occupational trainer by the Junta de Andalucía. I worked in my own workshop in Seville for a year.
I married in 1984 with Nati. We came to Almería and worked transporting furniture, selling insurance, accessories for pets, in an accounting agency carrying accounting etc. Five years at Telebase SL, one of the first providers of Internet access in Spain, where I was a partner and a worker. After its sale, I did design and programming work in freelance mode for real estate. I developed my own solution and took advantage of the great growth of the sector. In CEAF for four years teaching courses in western Almeria. I was the promoter of the old teancum.es, an online publication in defense of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (my intention is to return there)
And during all that time full time in the private security sector in transportation of funds.
In all this time the activities overlapped with each other, a long and intense stage.
As you can see, this website is not academic. It is that of a common man who reads the scriptures.
The scriptures always accompanied me. But above all there was a change from the year 2004. When the stake of Granada was established, I was called to serve in it. Suddenly, there was a growth in my experience with them, they opened a new world for me.
And that has a lot to do with the content of this website.
